Join Me in Montana. This picture shows Wild Goose Island and St. Mary Lake in Glacier National Park. The Glacier section of the northern Rocki Montains was roughly shaped by forces unleashed by the colliding plates. Mainly the features we see today are the finely detailed work of 3 million years of moving ice. |
